apparently i just shouldn't talk....

sometimes we say things we realize the moment they are out of our mouth that we shouldn't have said. and sometimes it takes us a little longer. but some of us seem to be having verbal vomiting issues. ... when i say some of us, i am meaning me.
i have been saying too much lately. i have been talking about things i shouldn't be saying out loud. and for some reason my realization comes moments too late. the moment they are out of my mouth i have realize that they didn't belong out in the universe. and i have once again messed up.


when will i learn???
