avoiding schoolwork because i can.
mondays i have a 6 hour break of nothingness. and currently, we aren't far along enough for me to feel obligation to do work just yet. i have time. lots of it. on some days i will be at the hospital continuing to volunteer because i loved it and want to and will have the time. for the moment though, i'm wasting a bit of it now.
anyway, the real reason for the post was yet another thing i read on postsecret. i cannot say enough good things about it. i love the site. its made me think more than most of the books i had to read in my four years at roberts did. yesterday, someone had written in to frank (the guy who is the mastermind of postsecret) and he had this quote on the page.
"Every single person has at least one secret that would break your heart. If we could just remember this, I think there would be a lot more compassion and tolerance in the world."
i don't know who said it. but i agree wholeheartedly and think that whoever they are is just brilliant.
